Returns Policy

We want you to love every bite of our delicious British made pasta! But if something’s not quite right, our team in Cornwall will help. 

Not happy with your order?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know as soon as you can and send the pasta back to us within 3 working days of receiving it.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on anything that’s been opened or stored incorrectly (unless there’s something wrong with it, of course).

  • We will accept returns for faulty or damaged or incorrect goods only if purchased directly through our website.

  • Return postage is on you (unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged or faulty).

  • We always recommend using a tracked service so nothing gets lost along the way.

How to return something:

  1. Email us at hello@cornwallpasta.com - please pop ‘Returns’ in the subject box

  2. Let us know what went wrong and your order number.

  3. We’ll guide you through the next steps and where to send it.

Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll process your refund. If everything looks good, your money will be back in your account in 5–7 working days.
